The interest of the management of domestic organizations in the possibilities and practice of using case technology tools determines the importance of solving the problems of determining key metrics for a comprehensive assessment of the quality of the personnel management system. The authors examine these problems in the context of changes taking place in Russian companies in the context of digital transformation. The article discusses how employees can be evaluated and what place this process occupies in the human resources management system. The study is based on the use of case-based technology for solving HR problems using evaluation information. The main approaches to employee evaluation are analyzed, including the subject matter of evaluation and the content of a comprehensive system of evaluation criteria. The results of the study made it possible to assess the advantages and disadvantages of the integrated HR management system in the company. The main methods and techniques for evaluating employees are analyzed, and their key features are identified. It is determined how the use of these methods and techniques allows for an objective and comprehensive assessment of employees using the case tool.
