Ensuring the security of information from the effects of malicious software (malware) in special-purpose automated control systems (ACS SP) in the dynamics of their functioning is possible through the formation of an adaptively controlled protected operating environment of the ACS SP. The resource-based nature of this kind of problem allows us to reduce it to a set of problems of optimal use of temporary resources of the automated control system for emergency situations in order to ensure conditions for their sustainable functioning under the influence of malware. This leads to the need to develop appropriate methodological provisions, the totality of which can be considered as the theoretical foundations for adaptive management of information security in automated control systems for emergency systems from the effects of malware. Target – formulation and proof of theoretical propositions as one of the stages of the concept of researching the problem of adaptive control of the process of ensuring information security from the effects of malware in an automated control system. The proposed approach makes it possible to solve the current practical problem of optimal use of temporary resources of the emergency control system for protection against the effects of malware in the dynamics of the functioning of these systems.
