In the automotive industry, reducing warranty claims is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and minimizing costs. This study presents a digital dashboard designed to streamline reliability analysis and facilitate quality improvement, specifically focusing on managing noise and vibration issues in front-wheel driveshaft joints. The dashboard enables real-time warranty data analysis, allowing quality engineers to identify high-risk components, perform root cause analyzes, and implement corrective measures efficiently. A case study involving a large RV model demonstrates the practical impact of the dashboard: Driveshaft claims were identified as a significant cost factor and ranked eighth in warranty costs within the chassis system. Analysis revealed that noise and vibration account for 87% of driveshaft failures, primarily during U-turns, prompting targeted improvement measures. The utility of the dashboard is highlighted by its support for accelerated life testing, where reinforced joint specifications significantly reduced failure rates. The post-improvement analysis indicated that the probability of failure within the warranty period decreased to 0.017%, meeting the target reliability level, with an estimated 98% reduction in warranty claims. This study contributes a user-friendly dashboard that integrates key reliability functions onto a single screen.
