Case studies from Habitat for Humanity, the American Red Cross, Doctors Without Borders, Feeding America, Good Shepherd Thailand, and Big Brothers Big Sisters reveal best practices in training, communication, recognition, technology integration, and cultural sensitivity. The analysis demonstrates that despite differing missions and capacities, effective programs share principles of preparation, inclusivity, and adaptability.
