The focus on analyzing the transformation of devices and subjects of upbringing within the digital environmental conditions determines this research paper. As is the case, the ability of a child based on the internal values becomes a priority in terms of navigating within the digital spaces. This leads to forming the child’s identity and the youth within the novel conditions. The aim of this paper. The analysis of transforming devices and subjects of upbringing within the digital environment. Methodology and methods of the study. This research focuses on the complex of methodological approaches. The system approach ensures completeness of the processes of upbringing in terms of internal logic of all the components. The axiology approach reflects on the deep focus of the upbringing process on transmission and assimilation 0f sociocultural dominant values. The activity approach focuses on the schoolchildren’s inclusion into social activities as a value. The event-valued approach is of usage for interpreting the upbringing process as a valuable interaction of a child, students, and grown-ups, within the time and space management. The theoretical goal of the research determines the choice of methods. Thus, there used theoretical analysis, interpretation, system of methods in terms of resources. As a priority there is a focus on mass and innovation practices of educational institutions for upbringing, comparative and content expertize, and systematization. The results of the study. This study presents the specifics of upbringing children in terms of fast digitalization for the social environment. The paper focuses on the digital era as the process of changing both the forms of interaction, and the essence core of the educational process, for creating both novice opportunities for the development of a child’s personality and valuable risks depicted. The article analyzes those issues that cover the formation of digital identity, internet addiction, decline of traditional educational institutions, and influence of online communities and the content algorithmically managed. Special attention is on the new tasks of a teacher within the digital environment including the formation of students’ ethics of online communication, self-regulation skills, and a critical attitude towards digital information. Conclusion. The key areas of a teacher’s educational activities are outlined, and questions for further discussion are proposed. In conclusion the author states that it is important to reflect on the educational process in light of modern realities and digital topics in pedagogical practice as a priority.
