Motivation: With the development of intraoperative magnetic resonance, real-time imaging of intraoperative magnetic resonance can make surgical treatment more precise, and shorter magnets can give doctors more space for treatment. Goal(s): Design and manufacture a superconducting magnet with 1.0T magnetic field strength and 96cm length for intraoperative magnetic resonance. Approach: We used the iterative linear programming method to analyze the rationality of the magnet length and completed the electromagnetic design of a relatively short superconducting magnet. Results: The magnetic field strength of superconducting magnet is 1.0T, the magnet length is 96cm, and the magnetic field uniformity is less than 8ppm@20cmDSV Impact: The ultra-short cavity superconducting magnet makes intraoperative magnetic resonance real-time imaging possible and improves surgical accuracy.
