Motivation: Neuroimaging research faces challenges in reproducibility and accessibility, hindering scientific progress and translational applications. Goal(s): Develop NeuroAnalyst, an open-source platform providing a reproducible, containerized neuroimaging processing framework with robust progress tracking. Approach: Create Docker-based containerized processes for key neuroimaging pipelines, implement a REST API for process management, and develop a centralized database for results and provenance data. Results: Initial development of NeuroAnalyst demonstrates the feasibility of a reproducible processing framework, with containerized processes for structural and functional MRI pipelines, showing potential for enhanced reproducibility and streamlined workflows in neuroimaging research. Impact: NeuroAnalyst aims to significantly reduce technical barriers in neuroimaging research and enhance reproducibility. This standardized platform will enable more efficient collaboration, potentially leading to faster advancements in understanding brain function and neurological disorders.
