Motivation: Magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging (MRSI) is a versatile technique to investigate in vivo metabolism. However, MRSI data processing is a demanding task, and only a few software packages support end-to-end analysis of MRSI data. Goal(s): Implement end-to-end MRSI data analysis into the open-source MRS analysis package Osprey. Approach: Multi-voxel capabilities were added to the existing Osprey analysis modules. Analysis derivatives were exported as NIfTI-MRS for easy visualization and synergies with existing toolboxes. Results: MRSI data analysis and NIfTI-MRS export were successfully integrated into Osprey. Impact: The implemented MRSI analysis workflow offers state-of-the-art methods with minimal user interaction available for non-expert users and easily visualized in FSLeyes. The modular workflow allows rapid adoption of new model approaches to be developed in Osprey.
