The article analyzes the translation of the conceptual metaphor of anger in Korean literary works into Russian. The main attention is paid to the key problems arising in the transmission of metaphorical meanings due to cultural and linguistic differences, as well as issues of conceptualization of metaphors. A comparative analysis of the metaphorical conceptualization of the emotion of anger in Korean literary works is carried out, as well as the difficulties associated with its adequate interpretation in the Russian context. The work proposes a number of approaches to translation that allow preserving the emotional and stylistic richness of the original language. The results of the work revealed the main aspects of the translation of Korean conceptual metaphors, which emphasize the importance of an intercultural approach in translation practice and contribute to a better understanding of literary texts in the context of different cultures.
