The digital age and its demands particularly call for and encourage such approaches. As the name suggests, transformational leadership primarily aims to bring about transformation. Therefore, it proves especially effective when the objective is to achieve change. Although this concept is fundamentally human-centered, its ultimate goal is to drive innovation and increase productivity. This leadership model is considered more effective in changing and dynamic environments. The role of transformational leadership in achieving strategic objectives and implementing organizational innovations is undeniable. However, the application of this leadership style, particularly for newly appointed leaders, can be accompanied by certain challenges.
