Controversial Issues of the Notary’s Civil Liability for the Actions of Third Parties (When Committing a Crime)

The article discusses the issues of bringing a notary to civil liability, the features of liability for property damage caused by third parties, including the commission of a crime. The role of guilt as an obligatory element of civil liability of a notary is considered. The issues of applicability of legislation and the development of judicial practice devoted to the issues of notary liability are investigated.
