Biologically active supplements (hereinafter referred to as BAS) continue to be the subject of debate, and their composition is studied by scientists due to their widespread use to maintain health. However, the results of clinical studies on the effectiveness of dietary supplements of plant origin often give ambiguous results, partly due to the different composition of the studied samples. For this reason, scientists are creating new methods for evaluating dietary supplements.
