This article describes the implementation of the Family Counselling Lecturer and Student Creativity Programme that aims to strengthen the role of women as the main pillar in the family. This activity is part of community service carried out in Pasar Pagi Village, with the main participants consisting of housewives, women leaders, and adolescent girls. The programme consists of three main modules: (1) Women's Role in Islamic Family, (2) Eight Family Functions according to BKKBN, and (3) Population Awareness and Family Planning. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which facilitates the active involvement of participants in every stage of the activities. Activities were delivered through interactive lectures, group discussions, game simulations, and joint reflection. Evaluation was conducted using participatory observation and interviews. The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of family functions, the role of women, and the importance of family planning. The programme also encouraged the formation of women's learning groups and the regeneration of local facilitators. The integration of psychosocial approaches, Islamic values, and participatory educational methods proved effective in empowering women as agents of family transformation. Furthermore, this programme directly contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly on SDG 3 (health and well-being), SDG 4 (quality education), and SDG 5 (gender equality). This service model can be replicated in other programmes to strengthen the social and spiritual foundations of Indonesian families sustainably.
