Advances in renewable technology can encourage high levels of innovation, adaptation, coordination, and collaboration to reduce energy use. This research aims to determine the influence of green transformational leadership and organizational commitment on the sustainability of employee performance as mediated by knowledge management. The respondents for this research were 168 telecommunication access implementing officers in North Jakarta. The sample was collected using saturated samples and analyzed using a quantitative approach. The analysis used is a statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The data collection method uses a survey method, with research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The findings of this research prove that green transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on the sustainability of employee performance. Green transformational leadership and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on knowledge management. Knowledge management does not affect the sustainability of employee performance. Knowledge management does not mediate the influence of organizational commitment on the sustainability of employee performance. Knowledge management does not mediate the influence of green transformational leadership on the sustainability of employee performance. Green transformational leadership generally increases the sustainability of employee performance, even though employees are in conditions of excessive workload.
