The surrounding community of the campus has the potential to develop a floriculture business, especially with the increasing trend in demand for flower bouquets. However, this potential has not been fully utilized, and on the other hand, this business often causes negative impacts, particularly in the form of plastic waste. Therefore, this community service activity is designed to provide solutions to these issues through educational outreach, training, and mentoring related to instilling an understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and environmentally friendly business ideas. Through this training, participants, especially members of the Family Empowerment and Welfare Program (TP PKK), are given an understanding of the importance of preserving the environment while seizing business opportunities. The results of this activity show that the CSR outreach and training not only enhance the participants' knowledge but also provide practical skills in making flower bouquets using eco-friendly materials. The satisfaction survey filled out by partners shows that the majority of participants feel satisfied and have experienced an increase in knowledge and independence. Thus, this activity is expected to be a good initial step in disseminating CSR knowledge in the community, as well as improving skills and family economic management through sustainable businesses. PKK plays an important role in encouraging efforts to enhance skills, family economic management, and the development of business groups, thereby making a positive contribution to the community.
