In the forging-stamping industry, axisymmetric parts made of aluminum alloys make up a fairly large proportion of the entire range of products obtained by pressure treatment, including those implemented according to the «torsion upset» scheme. The preparation acceleration of the production of axisymmetric products is carried out, using computer simulation, the accuracy of which is ensured by accuracy of a mathematical model of deformation resistance of deformable material. The preparation of data on the yield curves of aluminum alloys of the Al-Mg system: AMg2 and AMg6 is discussed. The use of full-scale and virtual experiments to obtain yield stress values in a wide temperature-rate range of deformation of the mentioned alloys is demonstrated.
