Background: Stunting is one of the major public health issues with long-term impacts on human resource quality. The Stop Stunting program requires active community participation, which is influenced by self-efficacy and the effective use of communication media. Objectives: This study aims to examine the influence of self-efficacy on the use of communication media in supporting the success of the Stop Stunting program. Methods: A quantitative approach with a pre-experiment design was employed, involving 30 health cadres in Sukamulya Village. Data were collected through questionnaires administered before and after an intervention in the form of training on web-based communication media. Univariate data were analyzed using frequency distribution, while bivariate analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The Wilcoxon test showed a significant result with Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) = 0.007 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant difference in self-efficacy before and after the intervention. The findings suggest a positive and significant relationship between health cadres’ self-efficacy and their use of digital communication media in supporting the Stop Stunting program. Conclusion: Enhancing self-efficacy through appropriate communication media can significantly increase community involvement in stunting prevention. It is recommended that health communication programs focus on strengthening cadres’ confidence and digital skills to support independent preventive actions against stunting.
