The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of using the 'Hockey Skating Treadmill' and the 'Dartfish 7' video analysis system in the process of teaching skating techniques to hockey players aged 7-8 years. Research methods and organization. The study was conducted from November 2024 to February 2025 at the hockey club 'Dynamo-Forward 2017' (Saint Petersburg). The experiment involved 20 young athletes, divided into control and experimental groups. The methodology included biomechanical analysis, timing of control exercises, and assessment of speed-strength indicators. Research results indicated that a statistically significant improvement in movement techniques was achieved in the experimental group. A parallel increase in speed and strength indicators was noted. The findings suggest that the proposed methodology ensures the comprehensive development of technical skills and physical qualities of young hockey players and can be recommended for implementation in the training process.
