Abstract Metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) and transition metal sulfides (TMS) have great potential in electromagnetic wave (EMW) absorption applications due to their tunable structures and inherent dielectric/magnetic loss characteristics. However, the mechanism of electromagnetic loss between the two is still unclear. Here, in this study, Co/Mo 2 C@C@FeS composites with multicomponent heterostructures are constructed by component design to optimize EMW dissipation. The results show that the Co/Mo 2 C@C composite material obtained after pyrolysis of the bimetallic MOF and the FeS composite significantly optimizes the impedance matching of the material. The combination of multi‐component materials forms a rich heterogeneous interface, which effectively promotes the interfacial polarization effect depletion of EMW. The combination of magnetic materials and dielectric components effectively enriches the depletion mechanism and balances the polarization loss and magnetic loss. The multicomponent Co/Mo 2 C@C@FeS composite demonstrates superior EMW absorption capability, achieving a minimum reflection loss (RL min ) of −41.4 dB and a maximum effective absorption bandwidth (EAB max ) of 8.7 GHz. This study elucidates the EMW loss mechanism of MOF and metal sulfide composites and provides a new strategy for the development of novel EMW absorber materials.
