Artificial intelligence as one of the manifestations of technological progress with the political field has many points of convergence and interaction, which create different problems. Thinking about the nature of their relationship becomes the beginning of organizing their interactions and directing their overt and hidden consequences on society. The effects of artificial intelligence have become a natural part of political life, especially since it is used by political authorities and politicians in political activities to carry out work and promote strategies and plans, as well as to achieve better and closer relationships with citizens. This has led to uncertainty about the role of artificial intelligence in promoting or delaying democracy in contemporary society, especially the issue of protecting fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual as one of the pillars of consolidating and strengthening democracy. It is unproven that any consequential impact of these issues, for better or worse, is directly related to the issue of building a democratic society. All of these are the subject of debate in this research.
