Pneumonectomia Em Paciente Após Sequela De Tuberculose Pulmonar

The present clinical case aims to discuss the severe pulmonary sequelae of pulmonary tuberculosis when early diagnosis is not achieved. A clinical case is presented, followed by a discussion of the pulmonary complications that tuberculosis may cause, which in some cases require surgical measures such as pneumonectomy. The study concludes with reflections, goals, and actions aimed at identifying patients with pulmonary sequelae so that appropriate assistance and rehabilitation measures can be offered to these individuals.
