School Personnel’s Work Ethics and Its Impact on Program Implementation

This action research focuses on how the work ethics of school personnel affect the way programs, projects, and activities are carried out in the school. Work ethics, such as punctuality, responsibility, teamwork, and dedication, are more than just professional values; they reflect the character and commitment of the people who bring school initiatives to life. When these values are consistently practiced, programs run smoothly, timelines are met, and learners benefit from well-implemented activities. However, challenges sometimes arise, such as delays, lack of consistency, or limited cooperation, which can affect the success of school programs. Through this study, the strengths and gaps in the work ethics of teachers and staff, and how these directly influence the quality of program implementation can be better understood. More importantly, this research will explore ways to nurture positive work habits and a culture of commitment, so that every program not only succeeds but also meaningfully contributes to the holistic development of learners.
