This article examines dialogue facilitation as a vital mechanism for transforming religious conflicts into opportunities for cooperation and reconciliation. It outlines core principles, skills, and strategies—including active listening, questioning, empathy, storytelling, and structured communication tools—while emphasizing the role of emotional intelligence and non-verbal cues. Special focus is given to challenges in low-resource contexts and innovative adaptations such as community-led facilitation and virtual dialogue platforms. Drawing on case studies ranging from interfaith disputes to refugee camp initiatives, the article demonstrates how culturally sensitive, inclusive, and adaptive facilitation strengthens trust, fosters peace, and builds resilient communities.
