Aims: This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, commitment, and work environment on teachers' performance at MIN 1 Dairi. Study Design: The research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design to examine causal relationships among the studied variables. Place and Duration of Study: The study was conducted at MIN 1 Dairi, North Sumatra, from April 2025 to July 2025, covering preparation, data collection, analysis, and reporting stages. Methodology: The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability, while data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with SPSS. Results: The research findings indicate that motivation, commitment, and work environment each have a significant positive influence on teacher performance. Simultaneously, these three variables significantly influence teacher performance, with an R² value of 0.660, indicating that 66% of the performance variation is explained by the model, while 34% is influenced by other factors. Conclusion: Teacher performance at MIN 1 Dairi is strongly determined by the combination of motivation, commitment, and a supportive work environment. Enhancing these factors comprehensively is essential to improve the quality of education in madrasahs. This study contributes by showing that teacher performance is strongly influenced by motivation, commitment, and the work environment, offering practical insights for improving madrasah education.
