A male in his 30s presented with single asymptomatic, non-healing ulcer on the palmar aspect of his left hand for 4 years. Examination revealed ulcer on the left palm with undermined edges and granulation tissue forming the floor along with seropurulent discharge, with no other cutaneous or systemic findings. Histopathology revealed partially ulcerated epidermis. The dermis showed an ill-defined tumor arranged in a single file pattern and insinuating through the thick dermal collagen fibrils. Immunohistochemical staining revealed that the tumor cells were positive for both Pan-CK and Vimentin.
