Introduction: Menopause is a natural biological transition occurring in women between the ages of 45 and 55. It is marked by the permanent cessation of menstruation and a decline in ovarian hormone production. Common menopausal symptoms include hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, fatigue, decreased libido, and cognitive difficulties. While conventional treatments such as hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can be effective in managing menopausal symptoms, they also carry potential risks and side effects. Consequently, there is growing interest in complementary and integrative therapies that provide symptom relief without significant adverse effects. Among these, yoga has gained recognition as a promising intervention for addressing the multifaceted challenges of menopause. Methodology: This narrative review synthesizes current scientific evidence from clinical trials, observational studies, and meta-analyses to assess the potential of yoga as a non-pharmacological intervention for postmenopausal symptoms. It examines the effects of Yoga on physical health, mental well-being, and metabolic balance and explores the underlying biological and psychological mechanisms through which yoga exerts its benefits. Results: Scientific studies highlight yoga’s positive impact on reducing menopausal symptoms, improving mental health, and enhancing overall well-being. Various yoga styles are effective in alleviating different aspects of menopause-related challenges. Research suggests that practicing yoga regularly can help with stress management, hormonal regulation, and improve cardiovascular and metabolic health. Discussion: Yoga regulates stress and mood by balancing hormones, reducing inflammation, and enhancing relaxation. It supports emotional stability, cardiovascular health, and relief from menopausal symptoms. Its impact depends on consistent practice, individual differences, and access to resources and guidance. Conclusion: This review provides recommendations for integrating yoga into routine postmenopausal care and identifies gaps in current research. Future studies should focus on optimizing yoga interventions, exploring long-term effects, and ensuring accessibility for postmenopausal women.
