In this article, mentoring is considered as one of the modern phenomena in education. The mentoring system allows you to build optimal relationships within the team, both student and teacher, which is an essential condition for improving the quality of modern education. And also to solve the problems of a young specialist in a new team and the problems of a teacher with long experience who is experiencing a crisis of professional growth. The purpose of the article is to show how a mentoring system can be implemented in a specific educational organization. Modern Russian educational institutions use various forms of mentoring, each of which has its own characteristics and advantages. All conditions must be taken into account when applying them.
