Case studies—including the 2015 Nepal earthquake, West Africa Ebola outbreak, and Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines—illustrate effective practices in low-resource settings. By integrating theoretical insights with practical applications, the article provides actionable guidance to strengthen rapid response capabilities, foster public trust, and support community resilience during crises.
