The results of the study revealed a significant improvement in the students’ physical fitness levels, particularly in indicators such as endurance, strength, flexibility, and coordination. Notably, the enhancement of physical characteristics was accompanied by positive changes in the emotional sphere: students reported higher satisfaction with the training sessions, emphasizing their diversity and practical usefulness. A considerable portion of the experimental group began to engage in regular physical activity outside the academic setting, indicating the development of intrinsic motivation for a healthy lifestyle. Special attention was given to the influence of the «fitness mix» approach on the development of professionally relevant competencies among future physical education teachers. Throughout the experiment, students not only improved their physical condition but also mastered the methodology of conducting sessions, planning and structuring educational content, and selecti ng exercises based on students’ individual characteristics. During group sessions, they developed communication and organizational skills, learned to work in teams, create a positive emotional environment, and maintain participants' motivation. This experience is extremely important for their future pedagogical careers, as it enables them to combine their own practical experience with methodological knowledge and pass it on to their future students. A comparison of the results with findings from other studies in Ukraine and abroad confirmed their scientific validity and practical relevance. In particular, international researchers also emphasize the importance of integrating modern fitness programs into the curricula of physical education teacher training, noting an increase in students’ professional readiness and the development of a health-oriented culture. Ukrainian scholars highlight that the use of innovative technologies contributes not only to improving physical condition but also to developing pedagogical mastery. At the same time, some limitations in the implementation of the «fitness mix» approach were identified, including the need for qualified personnel, specialized equipment, and stable resource support. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of recommendations for integrating the «fitness mix» into higher education curricula. These include modular structuring of sessions, the use of various fitness formats depending on students’ fitness levels, the integration of theoretical and practical components, as well as the systematic use of testing and self-assessment for monitoring progress. Particular emphasis is placed on the need for an interdisciplinary approach, which allows for the integration of knowledge from anatomy, physiology, pedagogy, and psychology with practical training delivery.
