This study analyzed how football players form elements of feedback between the coach during exercises. We intended to determine whether the retention of information is affected by the personal skills of the players, the amount of information included in the coach's remarks, the perception of this feedback information by the football players, and the level of attention. Through the exercises, we tried to compare the results of the exercises (in conditional scores) for the formation of attention, with an emphasis on the influence of feedback between the coach and the players. An important condition was the consolidation of the results obtained, which in the future can be considered a prerequisite for the development of physical qualities and technical and tactical actions. It was also observed that the sports level significantly influenced the retention of feedback. Players of a higher sports level showed higher rates of feedback retention, but in terms of the level of motivation to perform tasks, they presented a lower level of retention of institutive information. Also, the level of motivation of football players to tasks influenced the retention of feedback information. Which allowed football players to not only improve their physical skills, but also strengthen their psychological resilience, which will ultimately lead to better results in competitive matches. During the study, it was observed that the feedback elements improved, the skills of most players stabilized, while the quality of ball possession, although not significantly changed, was able to gradually avoid the so-called "dispersed attention"
