Implementing land service digitalization policies at the ATR/BPN Office in Bekasi City aims to improve management efficiency, transparency, and accountability of land administration management. Digitalization enables the public to access services more quickly and conveniently while reducing complex bureaucracy. However, this policy implementation still faces various challenges, including infrastructure limitations, resistance to change, and low digital literacy among the public. This research adopts a qualitative approach through a case study at the ATR/BPN Office in Bekasi City to evaluate the effectiveness of land service digitalization policies. The findings indicate that digitalization has accelerated land administration processes and increased public satisfaction, although further infrastructure development and broader socialization are needed. By addressing existing challenges, digitalization implementation is expected to provide greater long-term benefits.
