The issue of groundwater use involves a whole complex of scientific and engineering tasks, which are related to the task of forecasting and hydrogeological calculation of exploitable groundwater resources. On the basis of the evaluation of operational resources and the results of hydrogeological calculations, the productivity of the water intake and the dynamics of the reduction of the groundwater level are established, taking into account the technical and economic parameters of the water intake. Creation of such legal bases for water resources management, which ensures the implementation of a unified state policy in the field of protection and use of water resources, creation of a safe environment for human health, protection and sustainable use of water resources in accordance with management principles, in order to record, access and distribute water resources.
