This research uses the Literature Review approach, aiming to analyze the challenges and opportunities in the digital transformation of libraries in order to provide strategic recommendations that support education and literacy in the digital era, as well as build human resources that are responsive to the times. Based on the findings, this study recommends improving infrastructure, enhancing staff digital competencies through continuous training, and developing user-centered digital services to strengthen the library's role in supporting education and literacy in the digital era.
