The article analyzes the level and trends of development of agricultural consumer cooperation in Russia, including the dynamics of the number of individual types of cooperatives for 2019–2024, the social composition and equipment of fixed assets of cooperatives, their role in the production of a number of food resources. The analysis showed that in the structure of cooperatives, the largest share is made up of processing cooperatives (31%). In 2023, the share of operating agricultural consumer cooperatives in the Russian Federation was 42.6%, the share of liquidated ones was 53.8%, and the share of cooperatives undergoing reorganization and liquidation was 3.6%. Agro-aggregators operate as pilot projects in the Tula and Lipetsk regions, in the Moscow region. The article presents a rating of digital technologies used by agricultural organizations. The directions for the development of agricultural consumer cooperation for the future are presented.
