In the past, product design was often designed and modified by designers based on their imagination and then on customer requirements. This design method not only wastes manpower and material resources greatly. To enhance the quality and design methods of product design, this paper proposes a 3D image experience optimization algorithm that considers user multidimensional perception for product design. First, a 3D image experience algorithm based on user multi-dimensional perception is designed, which is then applied to guide the product design process. Finally, the products designed based on the algorithm in this paper are simulated and compared with the products designed by traditional methods. The experimental results show that the products designed by the 3D image experience algorithm based on user multi-dimensional perception are 7.7% more practical than those designed by traditional methods; the safety is improved by 7.3%; the maintainability is improved by 6.1%; and the sustainability is improved by 7.1%. There are significant improvements in product accuracy, time, cost, quality, etc. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the application and promotion of the 3D image experience algorithm based on user multi-dimensional perception in product design, improving user experience, and meeting user personalized needs.
