This type of quantitative descriptive research uses biology textbook material for first grade high school science published by the Ministry of Education and Culture Research and Technology 2021. Observation data collection techniques use observation sheet instruments. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively by calculating percentages and conducting Focus Group Discussions. The results of the study show that the percentage of environmental literacy is different. Material Viruses and Their Role (Chapter 2) with a score of 61.66%, Material Diversity of Living Things, Interactions, and Their Role in Nature (Chapter 7) with a value of 80.92%, and Material Global Warming: Concepts and Solutions with a value of 100%.
