Digital transformation is significantly reshaping talent management by redefining how organizations attract, develop, and retain talent in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. While academic interest in this area has grown, systematic evaluations of research trends and theoretical implications remain limited. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of 173 articles published between 2019 and 2023, using data sourced exclusively from the Scopus database. The results indicate a marked increase in scholarly output in recent years, with dominant themes including digital skills development, organizational change, and innovation. Influential authors, institutions, and journals are identified, highlighting key contributors to the field. Thematic analysis reveals an evolution toward more focused topics such as digital literacy and industry 4.0, indicating a maturing research agenda. The study also underscores the global and interdisciplinary nature of research on digital transformation and talent management. However, limitations such as reliance on a single database and keyword-based search criteria may restrict the breadth of literature captured. Future research should adopt broader search strategies and investigate sector-specific and contextual applications of digital transformation in talent strategies. These findings offer valuable insights for scholars and practitioners aiming to align talent management practices with the demands of digital transformation in complex and dynamic organizational environments.
