The construction of precise path and support system of career planning guidance in colleges and universities is of great significance to enhance college students' career development ability and employment competitiveness. This study analyzes the problems existing in the current college career planning guidance, such as homogenization, lack of practical links, lack of fragmented management and insufficient resource integration, and puts forward the optimization path of precise guidance based on career development theory, precise education management theory and policy support. Research shows that data-driven and information-based means are the key to improve the accuracy of career planning, and universities should rely on big data analysis, intelligent evaluation system and AI matching technology to provide students with personalized career development suggestions.
