Against the backdrop of digital transformation profoundly reshaping socio-economic landscapes, innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher education is undergoing comprehensive systematic reform.. This paper examines the opportunities and challenges confronting university innovation programs through analyzing digitalization's impact on education. Addressing practical issues in curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and faculty development within current educational frameworks, we propose a reform framework focusing on three dimensions: optimizing course structures, innovating pedagogical approaches, and strengthening faculty capacity. And supporting measures include organizational leadership, policy support, and platform development initiatives. The study aims to establish practical pathways for cultivating digitally literate innovative talents while ensuring deeper alignment between university innovation education and contemporary societal demands.
