With the in-depth advancement of higher education reform, the construction of college students' integrity has become an important part of student management. This paper focuses on the application of the college student integrity system in student management, first clarifies the connotation and core elements of the integrity system, then analyzes the current problems in student management and the practical value of applying the integrity system, further explores specific application strategies in academic management, daily behavior management and employment guidance, and finally puts forward safeguard measures for the effective operation of the system. The research aims to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for improving the scientificity and effectiveness of college student management and promoting the all-round development of students.
