The relevance of the study stems from the major issue of building a modern system of general education rooted in the principles of personalized learning. An analysis of socio-political changes and scientific research revealed existing gaps and problems in modeling the educational process. Integrating individualization and personalization into education is essential for meeting modern demands, as well as for ensuring equal opportunities, and enhancing the quality of education for all participants. Objective: was to develop an original framework for organizing the educational process in schools that incorporates the principles of individualization and personalization in a digital setting. Methods (tools): employed included analysis of scientific literature, content analysis of Internet sources, and pedagogical design. Results: present a framework for organizing the educational process in schools, integrating the principles of individualization and personalization in a digital environment. This framework contains supporting, basic, technological, design and research blocks, all identified based on the principles and strategies for developing and organizing the pedagogical process in general education organizations. The key principles guiding the framework’s implementation are individualization, personalization, and digitalization. The framework’s components are thoroughly described, and the anticipated positive effects of its introduction into the educational process of modern schools are detailed. These effects include improved student engagement, enhancing learning outcomes, and better preparation of students for success in a dynamic and personalized digital environment. Main conclusion: the framework for organizing the educational process in schools, incorporating the ideas of individualization and personalization in a digital environment, has been developed and theoretically substantiated. This presented framework is grounded in leading contemporary scientific research and serves as a foundation for designing modern educational processes in secondary schools. Practical significance: the research findings can be applied in educational organizations that implement individualization, personalization, and digitalization within their learning environment.
