This Teaching Paper introduces a structured 10-week resilience training curriculum designed for non-profit leaders and staff. Integrating psychological, team, and organizational dimensions of resilience, it responds to the complex pressures of mission-driven work. Drawing on stress management, self-efficacy, and adaptive systems theory, the curriculum combines mindfulness and digital resilience with long-term strategies such as climate adaptation, governance reform, and crisis simulation. Through experiential learning, peer collaboration, and reflective practice, it ensures applicability across diverse contexts, strengthening sustainability, wellbeing, and organizational capacity to withstand external shocks and uncertainties.
