Effective data presentation transforms evidence into clear, compelling, and actionable insights that strengthen accountability and funder relationships in the non-profit sector. This article integrates principles of visualization design, report architecture, and narrative synthesis to demonstrate how organizations can communicate impact with precision and clarity. It distinguishes chart types and their best-fit analytical purposes, outlines modular report structures, and applies the “storytelling with data” approach to align evidence with problem–solution–impact narratives. Tailoring to different funder audiences—government, foundation, corporate, and community—is emphasized, alongside practical strategies for small teams in resource-limited environments. By adopting standardized templates, minimalistic design practices, and audience-focused narratives, non-profits can elevate report quality while maintaining feasibility, ultimately enhancing trust, decision-making, and funding continuity.
