Measuring leadership impact is essential for assessing effectiveness, fostering accountability, and aligning leadership practices with organizational goals. This article explores three interrelated dimensions of leadership evaluation: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), feedback and evaluation methods, and continuous improvement strategies. It demonstrates how KPIs capture quantifiable leadership outcomes such as engagement, retention, and innovation; how feedback mechanisms—including 360-degree assessments and performance reviews—provide multidimensional insights; and how continuous improvement processes ensure adaptive learning and sustained growth. Integrating both quantitative and qualitative approaches, the article emphasizes that transformational leaders who measure, reflect, and refine their practice are better equipped to drive innovation and resilience. For scholars, it connects leadership theory with evidence-based evaluation frameworks; for practitioners, it provides tools for assessing and strengthening leadership performance in dynamic environments.
