This research seeks to assess and compare user perceptions of a website and a mobile application associated with the same business, within a context where user experience is crucial for differentiation and loyalty in the digital realm. The objective is to enhance comprehension of how functional and emotional aspects affect the perceived quality of a digital interface. We employed the AttrakDiff tool, acknowledged for its capacity to assess pragmatic quality and hedonic quality, together with the overall appeal of an interactive product. The technique employs a standardised questionnaire distributed to a sample of users who have utilised both interfaces, followed by an analysis of the results using the model's official software. The findings indicate distinct disparities between the two mediums. The mobile application distinguishes itself by offering a more interesting, gratifying, and intuitive experience, attributable to its precise design and seamless interaction. The website, while considered functional, is perceived as less stimulating and visually neutral. This study emphasises the significance of integrating functional efficiency with emotional design to maximise user experience and augment the attractiveness of digital platforms.
