This study aims to analyze the impact of communication strategies on management effectiveness through a systematic literature review of 48 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025. Using the PRISMA 2020 protocol, the review synthesized research findings across diverse contexts, including public administration, education, healthcare, and corporate management. The results indicate that communication strategies significantly influence managerial outcomes in five thematic clusters: leadership communication, internal organizational communication, crisis communication, organizational culture, and employee performance. Leadership communication was shown to enhance trust, collaboration, and project success, while internal communication improved administrative efficiency and human resource development. Crisis communication strategies emphasizing transparency and empathy strengthened organizational resilience, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, communication was found to be a key enabler of organizational culture and strategy execution, aligning shared values with strategic objectives. Finally, effective communication positively affected employee motivation, satisfaction, and productivity, demonstrating its role in human capital development. Overall, the review concludes that communication strategies should be considered not only as operational tools but as strategic resources that determine organizational sustainability. Future research should explore digital and AI-driven communication practices, comparative cultural contexts, and longitudinal effects to advance theory and practice in communication and management.
