Abstract. The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing requirements for the quality of preschool education and the need to ensure the sustainable development of preschool educational institutions (PEIs) in the context of competition and modernization, where corporate culture acts as a key strategic management resource. The article aims to identify and systematize specific methods for the formation and maintenance of corporate culture adapted to the specifics of PEIs. The novelty of the research lies in the development of an original three-stage cyclical algorithm for managing corporate culture, integrating methods of diagnostics, design, implementation, and monitoring, as well as in clarifying the definition of «corporate culture of a preschool educational institution» taking into account its unique characteristics. The results of the study revealed the dominance of the clan model of culture in Russian PEIs, its hybrid nature formed under the influence of external challenges, and confirmed a direct correlation between the strength of the culture and the institution's performance indicators. Based on the analysis of international and domestic experience and the identified specific conditions for the functioning of preschool educational institutions, an algorithm for managing corporate culture has been developed, including specific methodological tools for managers and teaching staff. The conclusions emphasize that the conscious and systematic application of the proposed algorithm is a necessary condition for creating a psychologically comfortable environment, increasing professional staff engagement, and, consequently, achieving high-quality educational outcomes.
