Pennsylvania, the host state of the American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence (AATOD) meeting this month, has a lot going for it in terms of opioid treatment programs (OTPs) and methadone, as Joshua Nirella of Acadia Healthcare told conference attendees this month. Nirella, director of Pennsylvania's Western Region of Acadia, was conference chair. Acadia has many OTPs throughout the state.
