The experience of using simulation technologies in career guidance among schoolchildren at Bashkir State Medical University is considered. A comparative analysis of two groups was carried out — without and using simulation methods. A questionnaire was used to assess the awareness of the choice of profession, awareness and motivation. The results demonstrate a significant increase in these indicators in the experimental group, confirming the high effectiveness of simulations in the formation of professional self-determination.
