The relevance of introducing classes in the format of business games using simulated "difficult" patients into the simulation course of residents of various specialties is considered. The primary specialized accreditation includes a targeted demonstration of the doctor's professional communication skills during the "Complaints and medical history collection" and "Counseling" stations. However, the scenarios of the stations assume only standard and ideal situations: a contact, calm, understanding, obedient and attentive patient, communication with whom does not cause any difficulties.
